Harvested in the high-altitude Occitan Valleys of the Italian Alps, our Alpine Flower Honey reflects the natural variety of flowers blooming across the mountain landscape.

Unlike single-flower honeys, it is multifloral: bees collect nectar from many different blossoms throughout the season. The result is a lighter, more delicate honey with an easy floral character and a naturally balanced sweetness.
