Cuddly Times sells tea, coffee, honey, and related products.

  • colours and appearance may vary depending on device display

Our products are food products intended for normal consumption.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should carefully review ingredient lists before consumption.

Important:
Honey should not be consumed by infants under 12 months of age.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice, but the price displayed at checkout is the price that will be charged.

  • cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes

Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

This email confirms that your order has been received but does not constitute acceptance of the order.

A contract for the purchase of goods is formed only when the order is accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • courier service interruptions

Risk transfers to the customer once the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.
