  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • For custom orders or special requests, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to:

  • All locations within Malta.

  • International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us for details.

3. Shipping Rates and Timeframes

  • Local Delivery in Malta:

    • Standard delivery fee: €5.

    • Delivery time: 1-2 business days.

    • Free delivery on orders over €30.

  • International Shipping:

    • Rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Contact us for a quote.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs, or courier issues.

Prefer to pick up your order? Contact us to arrange a convenient time and location in Malta.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Cuddly Times, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +356 99667979.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll happily replace it.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We may ask for a photo of the item to confirm the issue.

4. Exceptions

  • Opened tea packages or customized orders cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except for cases involving damaged or incorrect items.

  • For local returns in Malta, contact us to arrange a convenient drop-off or pickup.
